Flash MTV "New Year Concert" Example production analysis

Today, we use Flash to the king of Cats to perform for everyone, a New Year's concert! You can learn some flash animation techniques.

Let's rehearse before the show starts, and you take the stage as a guide to see if the concert can be released.

　　First, stage design

Create a new Flash file with a 500*520 size, pink background color (#FF659C), and change the frame frequency to 30. As shown in Figure I

Create a new graphic symbol named "Curtain". In the editing area, first draw the basic shape of a curtain with a drawing tool and fill it with black. If you are not good at drawing, I suggest you import a picture of a curtain from the outside, and then tick the line according to the outline of the picture. As shown in Figure II

Create a new layer to add a similar pattern to the background and fill it with red. Let the black bottom of the shadow effect. Then add a dark red, black border on the screen to indicate the texture on the curtain. In addition, we draw a rope and tie the curtain. The rope is actually made of a small group of yellow shapes. As shown in Figure three

Finally, all the graphics together, copy one, turn the direction, there are two sides of the curtain. The table is also painted the same way, as shown in Figure four

　　Second, the stage props

There are some flowers and grasses on the stage, we also use drawing tools to draw ourselves. As shown in Figure five

The phonograph keeps turning, making it a little more complicated, after all, an animation. Create a new graphic symbol to draw its basic graphics, as shown in Figure six, composed of multiple color blocks of the phonograph shape. As shown in Figure six

We saw in the animation that the phonograph was spinning all the time, eh! We need to apply the flash mask technology here. Add a graphic element first and draw a set of straight lines. Convert the graphic to a movie clip symbol, add a keyframe to frame fifth in the timeline, and move the line horizontally. Back to the first frame, set up a motion tween in the properties panel, in the form of an action. As shown in Figure seven

Below add a phonograph movie clip element, the first layer put on the phonograph graphics. The second layer puts the straight bar, then adds a mask layer to the second layer, and draws a color block to cover the straight line, as shown in Figure eight.

Now we test the effect of the phonograph playback individually.

There are some props on the stage, we can design according to our own preferences, the specific operation is omitted here.

　　third, the design of characters

There are several parts of the character that are fixed and motionless. In addition, the mouth, head, and the right hand of the microphone with the music in the swing, we design the dynamic and static part of the production. The character's mouth is singing, although the head is swinging, but most of the elements inside the head are not moving. We first design the head, the head is by the hair, the eyeglasses, the cochlea, the facial group layer. Create a new graphic symbol, draw the contour of the character's head in the edit scene, and fill it with black. Then add his hair, eyes, and other components to the bottom map. In the same vein, we designed the singer's body to draw a big belly for him. As shown in Figure 10

The singer's right hand is holding the microphone, while singing while intoxicated, hand constantly swinging. So we're going to design the two action of the hand and replace it with a show. As shown in Figure 11

The following design most critical place, the character's mouth, the person's change is the whole animation change most place. We need to set the mouth type of the pattern also has more than one, each pattern is set to a separate graphic elements, as shown in Figure 12.

　　Four, animation synthesis

Now some of the key components of animation we are ready, and other accessories I will not be introduced, we can try to figure out. Finally back to the main scene, we put all the components together to arrange the concert performance.

At the beginning of the time axis, the stage props are ready, the actor also good singing posture, then use Figure 12 (1) Mouth type added to the singer's face. As shown in Figure 13

At the top of these props, we put the curtains on one side. The two curtains just cover the stage, then add the keyframe to frame 14th in the timeline, and then move the sides of the screen horizontally outward to the outside of the scene. Go back to the first frame and add motion tweens to them in the Properties panel. This will have a curtain to uncover the animation effect, as shown in Figure 14

Starting from the 15th frame, the music effect is increased and the data stream is used as the playback form. How to Let the singer "dance with the song"? Let's look at the arrangement on the timeline. Look at Figure 15

The Mond layer in the picture is the pattern of the mouth. According to the singer's rhythm, build the key frame, each key frame is and the plot needs to put the appropriate mouth type in the scene.

ARM layer is placed on the hands of the characters, the movement of the hand is also based on the rhythm of the song Design Action motion tweens, rotating hand graphics components to show the hand in the swing, a few frames to change the posture of a hand.

Head layer is put on the heads of the characters, the head of the pattern only one, we follow the story of the plot to add key frames, add motion tween, is the singer's head with the rhythm of the Singing swing. From Figure 16, we can look at all kinds of mouth type, add the effect on the character's face. It may seem a little bit uncoordinated, but the animation is playing well.
