ABC of WCF
Introduction to the nature of each entryArticleABC: Address, binding, contract.
* Address: Each WCF Service has a unique address. This address provides the service address and Transport Protocol (Transport Protocol)
*
* Binding: There are many communication methods, such as synchronous request/reply mode and non-synchronous fire-and-forget mode. A message can be sent and received in one-or two-way, and can be sent immediately or put into a queue for further processing. The selected transmission protocols include HTTP, TCP, P2P, and IPC. When we need to consider how the Client/Server communicates with each other, there are many other factors to consider, such as security and performance. Therefore, binding is simply a group of well-considered and commonly-used encapsulated communication methods provided by Microsoft.
*
* Contract: Contract, which describes various services that a service can provide. There are four types of contract, including service contract, data contract, fault contract and message contract.
