Behind the Internet search for the following reason: Because the installation of ACTIVEMQ service is started with the system by default, so a boot ACTIVEMQ server is started, the boot is locked after the ACTIVEMQ database, so if you start again will be reported the database is locked error.

Workaround: Within the service, such as: Windows Access Service

Configure the ACTIVEMQ service to start manually so that the ACTIVEMQ service does not boot with the system.

Start the/bin/directory again activemq to start successfully.
