Today, the weather in Guangzhou is shining brightly. I am very happy to attend the "agile global journey" lecture and give a wonderful speech by scrum master Vernon stinebaker (Chinese name: Shi wenlin. While there is still agile "residual temperature" on the body, record today's experience.

After the meeting, I shared my experiences with several colleagues and raised some questions:

1. Is agility suitable for your company?

2. Does agility bring high project costs?

3. is agile discipline a risk?

4. What types of projects is TDD suitable?

As far as I know, there are two small and medium-sized companies that are already using scrum (currently in the scrum getting started stage). The current situation is optimistic, at least there are no above problems. TDD basically hasn't seen anyone using it yet.

In contrast, I have not updated my blog for three months. On the one hand, I am paying more and more attention to the knowledge; on the other hand, it is true that my work is getting increasingly busy. We hope that we can squeeze a little more time in the future and put more bricks on it.
