Altium Designer uses the wizard to paint the package library

For example, Altium designer6.9 draws a BTS7960 package.
First, open Altiumdesigner, first build a package library file.
Then select TOOLS--IPC Footprintwizard in the toolbar
Enter the IPC Wizard. Click Next
