First step: Create a new RGB image file, and then open the Layer selection panel to create a new layer: Layer 1.
Step Two: Select the display grid item in the View menu to display the gridlines in the Image window, and select the Close Reference item under this menu to move the whole cell when the box is selected.
Select the Preset submenu in the File menu, select the Reference and grid commands, and adjust the size of the grid in the pop-up window, where we set the grid line spacing to 0.7 centimeters.
Step three: Click the foreground and background color buttons in the toolbox, set your favorite colors, and fill the graphics window of layer 1 with the background color.
Step Fourth: Open the Brush tool panel and click on the small triangle on the right to select the load Brush item in its menu. Then open the Brushes subdirectory under the Goodies subdirectory under the Photoshop installation directory, where you can see the stroke pattern with many shapes added to the Brush tool panel by selecting a brush file named assorted brushes.
Step Fifth: Select the Brush tool in the toolbox, and then choose a favorite pattern in the Brush tool panel, as shown in the figure above. Then click in the Image window and the selected pattern appears. The special note here is that in order to ensure the seamless stitching behind, the pattern should be selected at the intersection of the grid line, and maintain the horizontal and vertical distance consistent, to form the rules of the pattern effect.
Sixth step: Select the rectangle Selection tool in the toolbox, and then define a rectangular area along the grid line in the Image window, as shown in the following illustration, pay attention to the symmetry between the left and right of the selection area, which will directly affect the effect of seamless stitching behind. Finally, select the Define Pattern command in the Edit menu to complete the process of setting the selected area as a background texture for the wallpaper map.
Step Seventh: Delete Layer 1, remove the grid display, and then select the text Mask tool in the Toolbox (the letter T for that dotted box), and enter the text you want to work with in the diagram.
Eighth Step: Select the Fill command in the Edit menu, choose to Fill in the dialog box content options, and then make sure that the text design with the wallpaper effect is complete.
