Drawing dumbbell using AutoCAD Drawing surface command

This example does not render is just a modeling process, you will find in less than a minute to complete. I hope to be inspired by the newly-acquired CAD three-dimensional friends.

Effect Chart:

First create a new file, select acadiso-named Plot styles template, and create a new file by clicking New or clicking the New button or command line on the File menu, or by typing new carriage return, or by using the key combination of CTRL + N. Sets the current view to the primary view, setting the drawing bounds to 4200,2970.

Converts the view to the right view. Draws a 6-side shape. Click the Polygon command, and the command line enters the number of edges 6. Car Specify the center point of the square, 0, 0 back to the car, input options [internal Yuchon (I)/Out of Circle (C)]: Enter, specify the radius of the circle: 10 back to the car. The command line enters Z-return, and the graphic is filled with Windows when you enter e-carriage. Go to Southwest Isometric mapping, select drawing/entity/stretch command, select Hexagon Carriage return, enter stretch height 8, carriage return, angle-60 return car.

Go to the Southeast Isometric mapping and click view/color/body coloring. If the color is not obvious, you can change the color. As shown in Figure 1.

Select Modify/entity Edit/Stretch surface command, choose to see the hexagonal surface, enter, specify stretching height 18, carriage return, Angle 0 back to the car, the command line directly input e-return, select the stretch after the hexagonal surface return, input height of 8 back to the car, angle 60 back to the car. command line directly input e-return, select the extruded hexagonal face return, enter the height of 40 back to the car, angle-3 back to the car. As shown in Figure 2.

Next, go to the main view, select the mirroring command, mirror the second image, and then select the SET command to merge the two parts. Then select the rounded Corner command, select the handle line ridge, fillet radius 8, select Other side carriage return. Repeat Fillet command, select the middle loop, fillet value 20, all selected return. Graphics finished.
