After six years in obscurity in the company, I did not expect that I would become a supervisor one day. Although only at the grassroots level, I have only a dozen employees. First of all, I am glad that my transformation is successful (from. net to Java). In the past few months, two cases have been taken, both bitter and joyful. More is the expectation. I often work overtime to learn more, finally, it won the recognition of colleagues and the trust of leaders.

To be honest, when a leader is appointed, he plans to do the project for half a day and take care of the team affairs for half a day at the beginning, but he may encounter the conclusion at the end of the year and the planning for the coming year. Just as the project entered the implementation stage, the coding part of the project was completed in advance, so I was busy writing documents, making charts, and delaying the project in the next few weeks, resulting in a project delay, the project encountered a series of problems, which made the project members unconfident and led some colleagues to criticize and even doubt me. So I quickly jumped into the project and developed it with the project members. After some drastic adjustments, the project went back to its normal track just one day, let those who doubt me see my abilities again.

SIGHS: When you stand here, you cannot show weakness or keep a low profile. Otherwise, others will think you are incompetent.

 

In terms of management, the weekly meeting is the most annoying. It is a waste of time to talk about irrelevant things. However, the company had to hold the meeting on time every week. I like to call you up immediately when something happens. Just a few minutes after the announcement, it will take a few minutes, and it will not affect normal work. If there is no urgent issue, I will send an email directly. It seems that in order to do a good job of management, we have to integrate our company culture and spend half an hour every week to have a break, chat, and promote communication.

SIGHS: When I was in a meeting, I felt bored to listen to other people's speeches. As a result, I stood here for half an hour. After the meeting, I kindly reminded my colleagues that the speech should be neat and neat, and they should learn to talk about the key. It seems that I will gradually improve my presentation and summarization skills.

In the future, you will spend most of your time and energy on development. I just don't want to set too many development tasks for myself. It's more about the overall situation and the whole of the project, so that I don't have to worry about this or let myself feel tired.

In terms of personnel training, I am glad to find a colleague who is both human, obedient, and technical, hoping to cultivate it. At the same time, I hope to cultivate more trust in myself and trust his colleagues. We hope to build a stable team and work together to achieve a win-win situation.
