Edit the Struts internationalization properties file in idea

If you manually create a Web project, the i18n properties file of struts can be converted using the Native2ascii tool (remember that the second file name of the command line is the file name to save, and if not written, the original file is not automatically modified).

If it is eclipse, it should be editable in a graphical way.

If it is idea, you can edit it as follows:

• To change the system configuration: preferences–>editor–>filecodings, select Transparent native-to-ascii conversion.
  
• Create at least 2 property files, such as: Messenus.properties and Messzhcn.properties,idea will automatically form a resource Bundle.
  
• Can be edited graphically, in English and Chinese comparison, very convenient, fill in the language will be automatically converted to \u5f55 such content storage.
