Enterprise thinking and Enterprise Management

Having Enterprise thinking is a necessary condition for an enterprise to establish an enterprise management system. It is also a necessary condition for improving the spirit of employee collaboration, improving the executive power of the enterprise, and improving the management level of the enterprise. It is also a good solution to overcome the problems of large enterprises.
Before talking about enterprise thinking, let's talk about the thinking habits of most employees. When a new job or a new situation arises, the employee's mentality is often like this: enterprise is not mine, and I can do my job well; this is not part of my responsibilities. I don't need to ask questions. This is a task for your department. Why are you looking for me ...... We found an interesting phenomenon-no matter what language employees use, its potential logic is "Do not look for me if possible". No one will think about it from the enterprise perspective: what positions or persons should be responsible for this incident? What is the impact on the enterprise if the incident is not handled in a timely manner? What should I do if I am the person in charge of the company? That is to say, no one solves the problem from the perspective of the enterprise. They all consider how to avoid responsibility from the perspective of the individual.
Speaking of this, I think you should understand what I mean by enterprise thinking. Enterprise thinking means that every member of an enterprise, especially the management personnel, needs to think about and solve problems from the perspective of the enterprise.
I often do an exercise in performance management courses: Write a job role in your enterprise. What are the most common errors? You may be confused about the expressions, unclear definitions, and too many adjectives. I want to tell you that many people have written "my responsibilities ". I further asked: What is your position? Someone cannot tell you what your position is! Someone was in a hurry and finally said, "I will do what the boss asks me to do. If a company has only a few people, it seems that the boss can manage what he wants to do. If a company has hundreds or even thousands of people, can employees who do not arrange work wait to pay? In fact, it is impossible to have such a good thing! In fact, there are also many employees waiting for the boss or superiors to send messages. Employees, especially management personnel, do not have Enterprise thinking. Most of such enterprises are inefficient enterprises. Employees who do not have Enterprise thinking and seldom use their brains to think about work. Such an enterprise must be inefficient!
The absence of Enterprise thinking by managers is reflected in many aspects. My trainee, Boss Huang of Guiyang, invited a professional manager. In order to help him understand the level of the manager, Mr. Huang showed me the system he wrote. The professional manager wrote the "Warehouse Management System" with the following sentence: "After materials are imported into the warehouse, reimbursement must be signed by Mr. Huang ". I asked Mr. Huang, "Who does the yellow always mean ?" Boss Huang said he was referring to himself. I asked, "Didn't you ask him to be the general manager ?" Boss Huang said, "yes ". "He is the general manager. When you are the boss, you still need to sign. Is there a shortage of warehouse materials in charge of your boss or the general manager ?" "Of course he is responsible !" Boss Huang answered quickly. I asked, "he didn't sign any words when the materials come in. How do you find him responsible ?" "What should I do ?" Boss Huang has nothing to say.
In this case, both Boss Huang and professional managers have no enterprise thinking. It is a manifestation of shirking responsibility that professional managers leave their signatures to the boss. It is also a kind of psychology that protects individuals and does not dare to take responsibility. The boss regards the Enterprise as his own, but also does not have the performance of Enterprise thinking. Enterprise thinking requires that all the work of the enterprise should be implemented to the position when writing the system. Whoever assumes this position is responsible for the responsibilities that need to be fulfilled. In an enterprise organization, all employees are responsible for a specific position. Huang is always a specific person. The general manager is a job. Either Zhang San or Li Si, or anyone who assumes the General Manager will assume the responsibilities of the General Manager. Mr. Huang assumes the responsibilities of the General Manager only when he is the general manager. If he asks others to be the general manager, the general manager should be assumed by others.
Enterprise thinking, that is, system thinking, is the specific application of system thinking in enterprise management. We often say: enterprises should have full quality awareness, full security awareness, and full crisis awareness. If there is no enterprise thinking, how should we establish full awareness? If employees are "independent from each other", the barriers will be constantly staged and the management vacuum will often arise. Only when all employees have Enterprise thinking and have a good understanding of system thinking, when new situations and problems occur in an enterprise, employees will consciously think about solutions from the perspective of the enterprise, and their cooperation and cooperation will increase. Over time, enterprise execution can be improved.
Changes in behaviors start with faith, and habits begin with changes in thinking. To improve enterprise execution, you must change the mindset of all employees. Think about enterprise issues, rather than "I!
