November 25, 2015 disband the team and start looking for a job again.

Here's a review of the key points and questions I've interviewed for three companies, which may be helpful to everyone. My final entry unit will be generated from these three families. 4. Why apply for this position?

I said it was HR initiative to find me, not how to expand.

Now it seems that my answer was very bad. After meeting this kind of problem, should combine own experience, business value and future orientation, add to the job function of understanding, will answer focus on individual and company's match.

5. Talk about your understanding of the job

Product line leader, will be responsible for research and development, testing, Ui/ue this part of the technical team management, product development, this is the product line responsible for direct management of the team.

C1 is a matrix management, sales platform can have a choice of sales products, marketing and sales should be regarded as the product development Department of the customer, product line leader needs and marketing, marketing, sales and other parts to maintain close cooperation and jointly promote product sales. The research and Development department and the marketing and sales department will jointly take responsibility for the annual performance indicators.

6. What industries do you consider when looking for a job? Why.

I said three, security, enterprise applications, the Internet. Simple from the industry development cycle to talk about understanding, also talk about the relationship between the industry and enterprises, the relationship between enterprises and individuals.

8. How to manage your team.

10. How to manage up.

11. How to avoid project delays

The second short C2 bar, is the construction software listed companies, Xi ' an branch. I am applying for the Senior Software Development engineer, through the headhunting approached.

In my experience, there is a very important question: back to the software development post from the management post . The interview must be asked.

1. Self-Introduction
