Martin Luther King said: everyone is created equal, which seems to be due to the declaration of independence. I would like to say that everyone has an equal right to life, labor and enjoyment, and the right to education. But in reality, we cannot expect everyone to enjoy equal rights, but we can find that there may be a huge gap between the two people who are growing in a similar environment, this situation is even true for twins (it seems that the twins I have been using are always relatively strong, and the level is average or even poor ).
Why are these differences?
First of all, I am opposed to "genetic determination ". I personally think that genes only have a greater impact on individual IQ, while IQ does not play more than 30% role in human development. In addition, I also think that more than 99% of people have similar IQ and do not believe in tests. exam-oriented educators in China are used to equal "exam scores" and "IQ.
Secondly, I am opposed to "luck theory. I often tell others that I am lucky because of the following experiences: I was born from a bad University and was chosen by a boss of a private company in Beijing to work for a part-time job with a high salary. Then I went to ATI after graduation, I learned some relatively high-end technologies in an extremely relaxed and casual environment. Then I came to the company and met a very strong leader. I still want to thank everyone in my experience who has helped me-the boss of the first company (with guidance on life ), headers and headers at Ati (I think it's impossible to pay three times a year without them being heavy, right ?) Ati's HR mm (I almost couldn't get an account without her), now the company's manager (for us to win a lot of heavyweight projects, so we prove ourselves ). But I don't think they play a leading role in my development.
I think the factors that affect success or failure are moral character, focus, and character.
Moral Character means your way of being human. "Learn first, learn to be a person". This course can be changed to any profession (except for killing and setting fire !). Why didn't I enter the game industry that I once dreamed of after graduation? The main reason is that many people in this industry have problems with their moral character. For example, I interviewed a company and the main process there (we call it core developer, and the gaming industry like this) actually, when XX digital is removedCodeCopy the file and change the skin. I think more than 90% of Small and Medium-sized game companies in China use this "model", right? It is possible to earn a small amount of money for a person who is very developed, but they only have to make a living at the price of more people. To "sustainable development", morality is the most important thing. If we cannot achieve sustainable development, we will be crazy about success.
Focus is reflected in the input of one person to do things. The style of three-day fishing and two-day screening is a sign of mediocrity. A person's passion is expressed in his attitude towards doing things. He can be neither "smart" nor have a background in the industry, it can be inexperienced, but it cannot be absent. I want to focus on what is essential. In reality, people often only see some external things, or use the IT industry to say that they only focus on the technical level and foreign language level. This often leads to blind technical follow-up, which is also the reason why domestic technical forums are still stuck in the competition for languages, tools, and APIs.
Character. This category is very broad. Different industries also have different personality tendencies. introverted or extroverted personalities do not have absolute advantages and disadvantages. There are many introverted speech speakers. In short, I don't think there are two kinds of personality tendencies: weak and arbitrary. You don't have to worry about the shortcomings of these two types of personality in your personal development. Each person may have these two kinds of tendencies. You need to avoid them at ordinary times.
