Some time ago feel their whole thinking is very chaotic, every day feel that they have a lot of things, but sit and do not know how much they do, do the project when doing the time to do the east to think of the West. I personally think this idea is wrong.
So on Google are out to find the answer to this area, find a few days netizens say GTD (time management System) things, to our management time has a lot of help.
So I decided to take some time to study this thing, at first I felt very painful, slowly I have fallen in love with GTD.
Let me introduce my own understanding of GTD, built on David Allen.
1: What is GTD? 2 : What are the core principles of GTD? GTD has five core principles: ①: Collect/Capture collection ②: Organize ③: Organize ④: Review ⑤: Executive reference: Wikipedia: Http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/GTD
The following is mainly to share the GTD core principles of the 1th Step "capture Collection", here only to share the principle of capture collection, do not talk about the operation of tool steps.
A: Why did the capture collect?
Sometimes when we are doing something in our hands, we are inevitably disturbed by the source of interference from outside. If you do not capture this step, my brain is likely to get into a difficult phase.
Capture Collection Purpose: 1: The collection of external sources of interference, can effectively avoid the idea is interrupted, kinetic energy is cut off. (because it takes time and effort to re-enter the state) 2: To collect external sources of interference, you can minimize the impact (timely recording, afterwards easy to review)
Example 1: When we are doing a project in our hands, we suddenly come up with a good idea or the boss will tell us something. We common 2 kinds of scenario a program: to continue to do a project and so on after the a project, to think of this good idea or deal with the boss account of the matter, causing problems: when we finish a, it is possible to think of a good idea or forget what the boss said. Because people's thoughts and ideas flash quickly, if you do not capture the collection immediately, it is likely not to remember. B Plan: Directly to the past to think of which good ideas or the boss to explain things, and so want to understand after going back to a project. Cause problems: When you think about it, it's hard to get into the status of a project again.
II: Collect capture process
When we are doing a project, suddenly interference from the source of interference, at this time to take a plan. The first step: using Evernote (can use other software or paper, etc.) to record the interference source the second step: Take 5 seconds to make a simple judgment of the importance of interference source. Step three: 1): If the source of interference is not very important, you can stay at the party when the process, you can continue to do a project.
2): If the source of interference is important but not urgent, continue to do a project, and so on after the project A to deal with the source of interference. (Avoid thinking is always broken, kinetic energy is cut off) 3): If the source of interference is urgently needed, it takes 1 minutes to record the progress and key factors of project A. (Instant recording, easy to review)
Three: Capturing requirements for collection
1: Immediacy (first time recording) because our brains have limited conscious energy, dealing with things every day is a lot and the idea flashes very quickly, and if we can't record them for the first time, we may forget them. 2: Brevity A; records can't be too complicated (that's not what we want) ①: If every thought is recorded in detail it will be a huge project that will produce resistance. ②: If each idea is recorded in detail and takes a long time, it's likely to disrupt what we're doing. B: The record can't be too simple ①: It's too simple to record, and it might not be possible to remember it afterwards.
