H3 BPM Initial installation common error 5-7

Error 5 : No response on login, F12 view background network request error as shown  

Cause of error: ISAPI is not allowed for the corresponding. NET version.
Workaround: IIS root node--right "ISAPI and CGI restrictions" open--set the version of the. NET version to allow

error 6 : After the normal installation, landing no response, nor error. The installation log also has no error. (No H3 BPM service)  
error Cause: The service did not start properly or the service was not created successfully.  
workaround (Service not started): Please start H3 related service   in the service,
workaround (The service does not have H3 related services): Run the installation directory under the Server\othinker.h3.vesselinit.exe program, according to the installation of the configuration input (usually silently configured).  

error 7: The H3 BPM Service failed to start, as shown in the error;



Error reason : The service cannot access the database.

workaround : Check to see if the database server is reachable or if the local database service is started.
