Use WinRAR to open the IE7 installation file you just downloaded (because it is an. exe file, you can't open it directly with WinRAR by right-clicking on the file and choosing "Open with WinRAR") to extract all the files to a single folder
Go into our unpacked folder, go to the update directory, and copy the Iecustom.dll file you just downloaded to this folder to overwrite the original.
