Insert page breaks in a Word document and how to set the page break
1, open the document that needs to be processed, place the insertion point cursor where you want the page to be paged. In the Page Layout tab of the Ribbon, click the Insert page break and section breaks button in the page Setup group, and select the page break option in the Open Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 1. At this point, the document inserts a page break from the insertion point cursor and completes the paging, as shown in Figure 2.

2, open the Start tab, and in the paragraph group, click the Paragraph button, as shown in Figure 3. Open the Paragraph dialog box, select the appropriate check boxes in the page Break tab of the line and page break tabs, and set the way paragraphs are processed as shown in Figure 4.

Attention
Click the pre-paragraph pagination check box on the page break and Paging tab to specify pagination before the paragraph. If you check the "Do not page in paragraph" checkbox, the document will be paginated according to the beginning and end of the paragraph to prevent the same paragraph from being placed on 2 pages. If you select the same page as next check box, you can place the two closely related paragraphs on the same page. If you tick the Widow/orphan control check box, you place at least two lines of the paragraph at the top or bottom of the page.
