Integration of crm2011 and outlook

Display the integration effect of dynamic crm2011 and Outlook:

1. The outlook we open will display an additional CRM Tab

2. Click the CRM tab and you will see the same result as the CRM homepage. Figure 2.1 shows the home page of crm2011.

3. In outlook integration, you only need to click 2 to view CRM Customer Information, but 3 to view CRM Customer information without integration, the relevant information is displayed in the dialog box (Figure 3.1)
