After your dnn site has been running online for a period of time, you will find that the speed is declining and loading pages is slow. Why?
If you look closely, you may find that the data library is constantly expanding. I think this is the culprit of slow websites. In dnn, if you enable the website record function or a task scheduling, this will generate a pile of record information, and over time, the database on your site will continue to expand. if you have the conditions or permissions, you may want to go to host management/SQL service or execute the following statements in SQL manage to see where your database size is consumed:
Sp_spaceused EventLog/sitelog/schedulehistory
1. If the log file is too large, you can compress the log file. For more information, seeClear SQL server logs
2. The preceding method cannot clear the data in the schedulehistory table. Run the following statement to clear the data:
Truncate Table EventLog
Truncate Table Schedulehistory
Truncate Table Sitelog
Truncate Table Searchitemwordposition
