Mac comes with a terminal that does not support Lrzsz

First the Mac comes with the terminal is not support Lrzsz, need to download install ITERM2,:

1. Installing Lrzsz

install lrzs

2. Install script to Mac specified directory, address: Https://github.com/mmastrac/iterm2-zmodem

Save iterm2-send-zmodem.sh and iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh to the/usr/local/bin/path of your Mac
注意添加脚本可执行权限：

chmod +x iterm2-send-zmodem.sh chmod +x iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh 

3.iterm2 adding triggers

Add Step: command+ "," key combination open "Preferences" Panel->profiles tab->advanced->triggers (click Edit)

4. Restart Iterm2, link to remote Linux, enter the RZ command to try it (note that the upload file path cannot contain Chinese).
