First, the working principle of Flashpaper 2
First, let's take a look at how Flashpaper 2 works. Flashpaper 2 After the installation, actually installed a virtual printer in the operating system, called "Macromedia Flashpaper", we use Control Panel to open the Printers and Faxes window, we can see, as shown in Figure 1.
Figure 1 Auto-installed Flashpaper virtual printer
This virtual printer does not actually print the document to paper media, but instead prints the printable document as a SWF or PDF document. There are many types of printable documents, such as common Office documents, Web page files, text files, and so on.
So, simply put, Flashpaper 2 works by converting a printable document into a SWF or PDF document using a Flashpaper virtual printer . (for example below)

Second, understand Flashpaper documents
Flashpaper allows us to convert any type of printable document into a SWF or PDF document, and you can view the generated Flashpaper documents, including the format of the document, the image in the document, the font, the special symbol, the color of the source document, from a variety of platforms. Regardless of which platform and which application the document was created from. For example, we could create an Excel spreadsheet in Windows XP, then convert it to a SWF file using Flashpaper, and then pass this SWF file on to a Macintosh user.
The SWF file generated by Flashpaper is the same as the SWF file format generated by Macromedia Flash. Flashpaper swf files are usually much smaller than other formats, we can view them using any browser that supports Flash, or you can view them directly using Macromedia Flash Player. You can also embed the Flashpaper swf file in a Web page, which enables many users to view some of the file types that were not easy to view through the grid, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, QuarkXPress, AutoCAD file. When a user opens such a Web page, the Flashpaper swf file opens immediately, and the user can view the contents of the document without leaving the page.
Flashpaper documents, including SWF and PDF format, can also be viewed as a separate file, and anyone who installs Flashplayer on a computer can view the Flashpaper swf file, as long as Adobe Acrobat is installed on the computer Reader, you can view the PDF file. These two programs now have a very high degree of popularity, and users can easily download them online.
Below we explain the function and use of Flashpaper 2.
