Human and work

Potential and employment
It is impossible for the ERP project manager to be considerate and involve a wide range of resources. Therefore, you must learn how to use your talents. Authorization and reporting project management focuses on planning and inspection. Listening and credit
My ass decides my head. In actual management, I deeply realized that the location is different and the problem is really different. We usually think about the problem from our own standpoint, and the overall planning and consideration of the leadership is all-round. When you see that your subordinates are not doing well, you will know how to do it if you look at yourself as a subordinate of others.
