MDK Debug STM32 "Could not stop cortex-m device" workaround appears

Phenomenon: and J-link lights turn red, not the normal green, measurement found that the voltage of the RST foot is abnormal, originally by 10K resistor pull high, the voltage should be 3.3V, but measured 0.9V, the RST pin and 3.3V short, j-link lights turn green.

Solution: So I first put the RST pin and 3.3V short, and then press MDK program to download, and then release the RST and 3.3V short, um ~, can be the following procedures, but again to die again. So I changed the resistor between the RST and the 3.3v and measured the voltage on the RST, and as the resistor became smaller, the voltage on the RST became larger. When the resistance is reduced to 100ω, the voltage on the RST rises to 3.2v. At this point you can download the program normally, just download the message will prompt: "**jlink warning:could not set S_reset_st", but the program has been able to download normal operation.

Add: Later encountered again, found that is the virtual welding, repair welding a bit of solution, but after a while, again out of this problem, found himself to the RST capacitor used to 10nF, 100nF to solve the problem.
