The following error occurs when using data mercury. According to the parameters I used, no advanced parameters are used, which are the most common parameters. Check the MOS. No error message similar to me is found. No valuable error information was found through 10046.

Ask a colleague if this database has been unable to use data such as mercury. The answer is always usable, which was just discovered.
Looking back to my operations on this database over the past few days, I suspect that it may be a permission issue because I have previously performed an operation to cancel the public permission of DBMS_METADATA.
In the process of exporting data from data Mercury, the table structure information must be obtained.
Therefore, try to re-grant DBMS_METADATA the public permission to solve the problem.
