He also asked several technical questions, such as annocation and algorithm. We had a very speculative chat. At the end, we told me "very good ". It was successful. If you apply for an outsourcing job of 16 K, it is estimated that it will be higher. Where are formal employees? There should be a lot of space for imagination :)

I have not joined the application for more than two years. This time, I am still a little nervous. There are still some feelings:

1. dress properly. I have been working in formal attire this year, that is, leather suit, and interview. Our programmers work behind the scenes and feel that they do not need to pay attention to the image. The office colleagues are casual. I used to do the same. Now I don't think so. I think programmers should also pay attention to a good image. After all, "three points of appearance, seven points of dress ". A good image will give the other party a good first impression, at least taking the first step of good communication. I suggest you pay attention to your image. Imagine: if a company has a XX opportunity, which of the following will it choose? Good technology, good communication skills, and good image.

2. Answer the question carefully. Make sure to answer questions carefully during the written examination and computer testing. Project personnel are the people who want to work, which is the most direct embodiment of the ability to work, so they must seriously do the problem. Don't worry that I have a strong ability. I still have the opportunity to go to cloud during interviews. If the written test is not good, you do not need to have an interview. Small questions, big content. For small questions, it is also to examine the quality of candidates in all aspects. My computer question was originally very simple. My workshop was written for two hours. I considered a small question as a part of the project and used the design model. The effect was still very good. The interviewer spoke highly of it.

In the last two years, I have recruited employees from my company and interviewed dozens of people. Based on the situation, I would like to add a few points:

1. Sincere. Some candidates may have fake resumes, such as graduate schools, project experience, and work experience, which are mostly found in graduates or training courses. I highly dislike fake resumes. I had a good chat. Once I found my resume was fake, I would not have. Although the society is fond of fulfilling students, the premise is to be sincere. Some companies still like inexperienced college students. a blank sheet of paper facilitates training. Do not: make fake resumes !!

2. modest attitude. Technical personnel are generally relatively high. If your interviewer is also like this, you 'd better be modest when applying, and do not excessively raise yourself. For example, if you are familiar with a certain degree of technology, you should be familiar with it. If you are proficient, you 'd better say less words such as "proficient" unless the other party does not understand the technology. Generally, the technical level of the interview manager is higher than that of you. Even in the case of similar situations, he wants to solve some problems, otherwise he will be passive in the next salary negotiation. Be sure to be modest and maintain good and pleasant communication. Although we are engaged in technology, developing in the company depends on good interpersonal relationships.
