1. Start the Chinese version of Photoshop CS2 and create a new document.

2. Press the d key to reset the foreground color to the default black color, and then press ALT + DEL to fill the background layer with black.

3. select the menu command "filter | rendering | lens Halo" and keep the default settings in the "lens Halo" dialog box. Click the center point in the box under "Halo center, set the halo in the center of the canvas ,:
