Rstudio installation Caret Error repair process

Version information:

RStudio-0.99.902

R 3.2.2

Install.packages (' caret ', dep = TRUE)

The error message is as follows:

Load the required thread bundle: lattice

Load the required thread bundle: Ggplot2

Error: ' Namespace:stats ' has no Exit ' Sigma ' object

In addition:warning messages:

1: The package ' caret ' is built with R version 3.2.5来

2: The package ' Ggplot2 ' is built with R version 3.3.

3:replacing previous import by ' Stats::sigma ' when loading ' pbkrtest '

Error: ' Caret ' package or namespace failed to load,

Workaround:

Caret Dependency Package Pbkrtest version is too high, for pbkrtest_0.4-6, reinstall the lower version of Pbkrtest_0.4-5.tar.gz,

Reload caret succeeded.
