Fault symptom:The machine cannot be copied. The screen prompts "The scanner door is open ".

 
Fault cause:The scanner lid on the machine is not strictly locked.

 


The solution is as follows:

 

Please open the lid of the machine above the manuscript, close the lid again, and then restart the printer to restore normal.
