Image: machine printing does not respond and cannot be used to feed paper.
Original cause: 1. Paper specification problems
2. Machine Paper Jam
3. Driver settings
4. Software problems
The solution is as follows:
1. Check whether your paper is correctly loaded into the paper tray. Before loading the paper, bend the paper or expand it in a slice to separate the paper and insert it into the paper tray. We recommend that you use the A4 specification of-80 GB standard printing paper. (Click here to query the paper placement method .)
2. Check whether there is paper jam in the paper tray. If there is Paper Jam, take it out slowly. (Click here to query the paper jam operation .)
3. Take out the paper and place it again to test whether the printing configuration page is normal (Click here to query the printing configuration page method ). If the operation is normal, continue with the following operations. If the operation is abnormal, go directly to step 6.
4. Driver settings:
(1) go to the "start" option in the lower left corner of the computer and select "printer" and "fax". (select "device and printer" in Windows 7 ]). Here we use the "Win xp" system as an example.
(2) find the printer icon for Samsung ML-2160 Series.
(3) right click the printer icon of [Samsung ML-2160 Series], select [print preferences ].
(4) select the paper option, set the original size [A4], source [automatic selection], type [default printer], and then press [OK ].
5. If the driver settings are normal, try to reinstall the application software or replace other File printing tests, such as Notepad or new document.
