1. Pull out the paper tray.

 

2. Before loading the paper, bend or slice the paper to separate the paper.

 
  

3. Place the printing area of the paper upwards.

 

4. Slide the paper length guide until it gently touches the end of the paper stack.

 

5. Hold the width guide plate of the paper and slide it so that it can reach the edge of the paper stack, but it won't bend the paper stack.

 
 

Note:

 

6. Put the paper disk back into the machine.

 

After completing the above operations, your paper will be completely placed in the tray.
