Scrum: an afternoon of debate

Scrum swept to our department.

Reality: 1. A new concept and short-term training for current departments
2. There is no push at a higher level
3. a scrum team composed of several members of different functional teams.
4. Some people have not even attended scrum Training

This is a controversial afternoon, with controversial Planning Meeting:
1. "Why are there so many user story users that I can handle in half a day"
"How is it possible? These sprints cannot be completed"
2. "We set the sprint length to three weeks, just for the Chinese New Year, and then change it later"
"No, cannot change the sprint length"
"Why can't we change the length? We can change the length at will. It's Okay To know the proportional relationship"
3. "Does this task take so long? I think this is just a piece of software"
"It takes a long time to solve the problem if it is found here"
