Scrum is an agile framework that can complete complex projects. Scrum was originally sourced from software development projects, but it is also suitable for any complex and innovative work that can be applied to countless occasions. The SCRUM framework looks very simple.
It takes half a minute to get to know the scrum framework.
- Product owner (product owner)It is calledProduct backlog (product order ).
- InSprint Planning)In the process, the team selects a part of the tasks to be completed in this sprint from the product backlog.Sprint backlog (sprint order)And decide how to implement these tasks.
- OneSprintIs a certain period of time, the team in this period (usually two weeks) need to complete the specified task, but each day needs to check the progress of the task (Daily scrum, daily scrum).
- Scrummaster (scrum supervisor)It is necessary to keep the team focused on any objective.
- OnceSprintAt the end, the results of their work are potentially deliverable (Potentially shippableCan either be delivered to the customer, placed on the shelf, or presented to stakeholders.
- SprintToSprint Review(Sprint review) andRetrospective(Review) ended.
- Before the next sprint starts, the team selects another sprint order and starts working again.
The above process continues until all content in the product backlog is completed, the budget is used up, or the deadline is reached. Different projects have different milestones. No matter what causes the job to stop, you can always complete the most valuable tasks in the project.
Some detailed definitions
Product backlog (product order ):Product orders are dynamic. You can add or delete items in orders at any time during the project process. It has a priority. First, it needs to complete the item with the highest priority, and it will be refined gradually, while the item with the lower priority will intentionally make it rough (granularity)
Sprint backlog (sprint order): Sprint orders come from product orders, which are negotiated by the team and the team promises to complete the tasks in this sprint time box. Each item in the sprint order is further refined and assigned to team members for completion. The team members collaborate to complete the sprint order, perform daily meetings (in the daily scrum) to share difficulties and explanations, and update the sprint order and burnout diagram accordingly.
Potentially shippable (potentially deliverable): This means that the incremental/deliverable can be released to the customer. The product owner determines when to release functions or deliverables.
