　　When we use ARM to create resources, we first need to identify which Azure services support arm mode.

With a special emphasis on azure virtual machine VMS, Azure VMs are divided into two modes: ASM and arm.

We are in the old portal (http://manage.windowsazure.cn), the virtual machines created are ASM mode
