Two paging methods in an SSRS report:

Method 1: Set the area page (as the name suggests, it is to set the area between the footer and the header ).

1. Move the mouse to the red area first.

You can see the attributes:

Set the height to achieve the paging effect.

Method 2: (obtain the average distribution of the number of data records ).

The main method used: Ceiling (rownumber (nothing)/10) 10 represents 10 entries on a page.

The main implementation method is as follows: the matrix method is the same for example in a table.

1. Right-click Details → add group → add parent group

2. Pop-up information:

After a prompt box is displayed, edit the function:

Click OK.

3. The field group1.

Select group1, right-click it, and you will be able to see the group attributes. Click Open.

Edit the red area:

Click OK.

Select a tab, as shown in.

Click OK.

4. You can delete the group1 field to save unnecessary fields for beautiful reports.

Click OK.

After completing the preceding steps, the report page is complete.

Let's take a look at the report results in my instance:

1. In your tablix paging option, select "add a paging character before the following items"

Table Paging
1. Add a parent group to the outermost group of your tablix. Grouping conditions: Int (RowNumber (nothing)-1)/5)
2. Select "between instances in the group" in the paging option of the parent group"
3. Delete the column where the parent group is located and keep the parent group

How does JAVA implement paging technology?

I know three types.
1. query by Page Based on the queried result set
2. query is performed using database query statements. If it is an oracle database, the rownum keyword is used. If it is an SQL Server, the top key is used for query;
3. Write the stored procedure in the database.

This is probably the method. You need to find the relevant information for specific internal classes.
