Team Development Experience: how to lead a project team and summarize the project

I recently led a small team to complete a project. Although the project is not big enough, it may be a waste of money. I feel that the most important thing in this project is communication and coordination. The following is my own experience in this project. I will write it here to summarize my ideas and hope to improve it in future projects. I will continue to share with you.

I. Overall grasp and unified deployment

1. Overall understanding

To take over a project, we must first have a general understanding, grasp the project's key points, and measure the overall situation of each module and developer of the project, so that we can be aware of it.

It works with the development environment of the project team, so that you can start working at any time. the unification of the Environment lays a solid foundation for the final synthesis of the system.

2. Make reasonable plans

Work out reasonable plans based on the project requirements and project team members, and allocate tasks based on the project difficulty and individual abilities, so as to make full use of everyone's talents and make the project complete smoothly.

Suggestions: Reserve time to solve problems and integrate the system.

3. communication, coordination, and follow-up checks

1. Communication

Communication is crucial because it is a team collaboration. Designers and developers should communicate and confirm in a timely manner to avoid designing one set as another. Of course, this also requires developers to do things according to the ideas of the designers. If they have their own ideas, they need to communicate with the designers or leaders in a timely manner and choose the best solution method, the goal is to solve the problem through shortcuts and unify the ideas of everyone.

With the active cooperation of everyone, the project can be smoothly communicated.

2. Coordination

One thing to follow: If you have any questions, find the Team Leader (TL) and you are not sure yet. the TL will ask the leader to finally agree on the solution and send the TL to the project personnel for implementation. Complete the task as much as possible within the scheduled time.

3. Follow up

TL promptly follows up on the progress of the project, captures the difficulties of the project in a timely manner, and studies and solves the problems. Check the results of each task in a timely manner, rectify and solve problems in a timely manner, and ensure that the project can proceed smoothly.

Follow one principle: Easy, difficult, and partial (concentrated to solve the problem ).

Iv. Lessons learned

During the project, summarize the lessons learned in a timely manner and try to avoid falling down twice in the same place. Make a summary immediately after the project is completed.

As it is a female, it is difficult for project team members to be convinced. Although there are still some people in the team who are hard to communicate with each other, I believe I will work harder, to eliminate this gender discrimination, and hope that experienced friends can make plans.
