User Experience Design: Steps for user Research process

According to statistics, each dollar in terms of user experience input on average brings the return is 2 to 100 U.S. dollars, 60% of the maintenance cost is due to the lack of clarity of user needs, and the establishment of user research mechanism can better solve this problem. In user research, we need to focus on a few questions: who is the user and how do they think? What are their goals? We need to focus on a few data: User profiles and user roles, user environments, user scenarios, and how users can accomplish tasks. In these observations we are able to add a significant amount of user behavior data to help us think about the system and improve the design to enhance the product user experience. Our user research process includes at least the following steps:

Through the comprehensive user research, we can generalize the typical user's preference and behavior, put forward the product innovation point and the question, propose the direction for our design improvement, simultaneously avoids us to go into "the subjective design" does not satisfy "the user likes" the circle.
