VFC supports visual development of wtl applications on evc4

Visualfc currently provides evc4 plug-ins that support visual development of wtl applications on evc4.

Functions supported by VFC for evc4:
This is basically the same as that of visual FC for vs60/2005/2008. Currently, only wtl development on evc4 is supported.
VFC provides the following functions in a way similar to the MFC wizard in vs60:
Wtl event wtl window message generation
Wtl notify wtl Control Message generation
Wtl DDX wtl dialog box data exchange and control binding
Wtl resize wtl dialog box control adjustment
Wtl updateui wtl control data update
Wtl font wtl control font design
The Code wizard plug-in provides automatic wtl class generation, mainly including:
Mode/non-mode dialog box wizard, wimpl is the Basic Class Wizard.

Currently wtl80 no longer provides evc4 wizard, can be obtained from wtl71, address for http://download.microsoft.com/download/d/1/e/d1ec45ce-ce1e-4617-b93e-c5f5881d87cc/WTL71.exe
