VirtualBox Enhanced Package Vboxadditions installation and shared folders

1: power-on Login Linux System click on the Virtual Machine menu item Device-Installation enhancements

2: The desktop will show vboxadditions_4.1.2_80210

3: Open the terminal, not the root user input su switch to root user

4: Enter Cd/media press ENTER

5: Input CD vboxadditions_4.1.2_80210

6: Enter Sh./vboxlinuxaddtions.run (file with suffix name run) and wait for installation, reboot after successful installation.

Installation Enhancement Pack Method two:

1: Boot with the root user login to the Linux system click on the Virtual Machine menu item Device-Installation enhancements

2: The desktop will show vboxadditions_4.1.2_80210

3: Then create a folder under the home folder of root (name arbitrary) take VBox as an example

4: Open the terminal, enter the following command

cp/media/vboxadditions_4.1.2_80210/* vbox/-R

Tip: The name after media input the first two letters to press the TAB key automatically completion, VBox for the folder name just created,-R to express recursion

5: Input chmod a+x vboxlinuxaddtions.run (file with suffix name run) Note: Change permissions

6:./vboxlinuxaddtions.run (file with suffix name run)

Then wait for the installation to reboot after the installation is successful.

sudo mount-t vboxsf share/mnt/myshare then press ENTER
