Inserting a text box in a Word 2007 document can enhance the flexibility of typesetting, but the text box does not have the Word document features such as automatic numbering, which limits the user's application requirements to some extent. If you want to use a more powerful Word 2007 document feature without losing the flexibility of the text box in typesetting, you can convert the text box to a frame. The steps to convert a text box to a frame in a Word2007 document are as follows:
Step 1th, open the Word 2007 document window, right-click the border of the text box, and select the Format text Box command on the Open shortcut menu, as shown in the figure.
Select the Word 2007 Format text box command
Step 2nd, in the open Word 2007 Format Text Box dialog box, automatically switches to the Text Box tab, click the Convert to Frame button, as shown in the figure.
Click the Word 2007 Convert to Frame button
Step 3rd, when you prompt the user in the Open Word 2007 dialog box, the text box will lose some formatting when you convert it to a frame. Confirm that the conversion does not cause a loss to the Word 2007 document, and click OK to complete the conversion, as shown in the figure.
