I have experienced a lot in the past two months and have worked overtime. In the past two months, I have really exercised my mind! During this period, we participated in two projects, one being the prototype of the website and the other being the aftersales System of petelai.

Website:

The manager gave a bunch of drawings for the requirement, clarified the requirement, and made a similar website. First, let's create a prototype, let the customer see if it is what the customer needs, and finally let's do the system. My job is to take charge of the early system prototype.

 

Visit the customer and communicate with the customer:

After we have done this, we will see our customers. Because the above data is all test data, it seems empty and there is nothing substantive. Because our customers are in the media industry, for them, their focus is not on functions, but on user experience and page design.

This website has a great impact on me. On the one hand, when the construction period is tight, it will be involuntarily in a particularly concentrated State, resulting in high efficiency. On the other hand, we recognize the importance of our business. Because this website is intended for the media industry, we need to understand the characteristics and style of the media industry. The style of the interface, the effects of some implementations, and the convenience of operations are all presented.

 

 

Petelai after-sales system

The project had a tight schedule at the beginning. The customer spoke about the requirements and had several illustrated flowcharts. The first process was required in the first week. After reading the database modeling, many tables are redundant, so we built the database based on the three-paradigm principle. The manager saw that this was not necessary, in this way, the system is too large after it is built, that is, to find trouble for yourself. What they need is rapid development, low cost, and high efficiency. I also experienced the operation of a small company and the development of small workshops. After the development is complete, no matter how many maintenance times at most.

 

By the end of the project stage, the project has never been completed. The main reason is that the preparations in the early stage are not completed. In the early stage, the Framework selection, interface design, and the system's doubts, technical points, and difficulties were not classified. In addition, there was the assignment of tasks and the processing of each process and node. The height of the website is insufficient.

 

 

Summary

Through these two months of "tossing", we are very trained in all aspects of our quality. The following conclusions are drawn:
