I started to wash my face in the bathroom and found that my face had not improved. I just gave up. After the noon break (in fact, I can only sleep for more than 20 minutes), the afternoon is still in the groose. ETD is coming soon, so you can't have to work overtime. The result is that you have been back for more than an hour late at night, exhausted, and always remember the unfinished tasks in the company.

 

However, once the sleeping time is adjusted to 12 o'clock, it is totally different. The problems encountered in the morning may have become minor issues that can be solved after a clear brain and a bit of thinking. The exercise of the same task volume can be completed in one morning. Because the previous night's sleep time is sufficient, a nap at Noon can ensure the mental state in the afternoon. If the team lead has not assigned more urgent tasks, it is certainly no problem to get off work on time. At night, there is still enough time to do what you like, whether it is amateur interest or autonomous learning in technology.

 

For programming, there is a huge difference in productivity between good mental states and bad ones. I believe many programmers have a deep understanding of this. There are only a few days to rest on time in February. The goal in February is to go to bed before, with a qualified ratio of 60%.

 

Wrong work and rest will not only reduce the efficiency of your work to a horrible level, but also greatly affect your spare time and do not have enough time to reflect on yourself and make changes, forms a vicious circle.
