1 Kirin Open-source Fortress Machine installation dependent package

In the first step of the directory installation of the dependency package, please install the following five software:

(1)   windows 2003 2003 need to install subdirectories installed w ic_x86_chs.exe &NBSP, Ie8.exe and requires a reboot if 2008 can do the following step directly

(2) The following three software ,2003 all need to install
