In order to innovate we are also in the design process to brainstorm, thinking about how to get more dazzling, cooler and more unexpected design, so as to achieve innovative purposes. At the same time, we also feel that such innovation depends more on personal inspiration, inspiration is the idea of a flood of ideas, out of the way, the inspiration is gone to eclipse, puzzled.
So we find innovation, no trace ... So we are repeatedly hypnotized, feel that innovation only need inspiration, we are anxious in anticipation of the flash of inspiration ...

Let us start with the most basic technology development.
The TRIZ theory analyses nearly 2.5 million high level invention patents in different fields, and sums up the laws of the development of various technologies. Any technological system development is a system evolution that increases automation and reduces human participation in the direction of evolution. "The constant resolution of technical problems, conflicts and contradictions is the driving force behind this evolutionary process."
The process of system evolution is divided into quantitative and qualitative changes
Quantitative change: is to optimize the existing technology system, so that it can play the existing functions to the extreme.
Qualitative change: Fundamentally changing the existing technology system so that infinity is close to the ideal state.
To explain quantitative and qualitative changes by means of transport: the more primitive means of transport is the carriage, and the faster it is, the more we can retrofit the car and increase the horses to make the carriage faster. This evolution is a quantitative change. But the horses could not be infinitely increased, and the carriages could not be automated, changing the power of the core, replacing the horses with other power systems, and producing cars and airplanes. This evolution is a qualitative change.

TriZ summed up 40 innovative methods to solve the problem. According to my personal understanding, I first pick out a few suitable for the design of the method.
1. Multi-function Principle: An object performs many different functions without needing other objects

2. Principle of transition to another dimension
This principle can be subdivided into the following categories of usage
A The object that moves on a plane can transition to three-dimensional space
Example: to show more classification in an interface, to avoid crowding, we can distribute different content in three-dimensional space.
b Use the opposite side of the specified surface
The camera's pixels are getting higher, while taking pictures while still being able to record the information at the time of the shooting, you can also make some notes. How to manage this kind of information very well, can see quickly, do not cause visual interference to the picture? Let's use the back of the picture to display information and handwritten notes.
c The use of multilayer structure to replace the single layer structure
For example, as the mobile screen becomes larger and smaller, the physical keyboard is increasingly cramped, and the paradox can be solved by separating the screen from the keyboard into two layers.
3. A dynamic principle that makes a motionless object move.
As the software becomes more and more functional, we often do not know where the interface comes from and where it goes when we operate. The iphone is a good fit for this dynamic principle, the original fixed graphics interface, into a dynamic switch.
