In project management, risk preparation measures should be taken. A common method is to keep margin, which is also true for the project manager's time. You must arrange your own time to be idle, in this way, we can ensure that the plan can still be completed on time. Just like an army, there must be a mobile force, and there must also be an opportunity for maneuver time, which is your risk response measures.
