I have to ask myself why I will not solve this problem again in my future work after I have encountered such a problem. Many things won't be solved for the first time. Isn't the problem solved for the second time? In this case, the problem can be solved only when the problem is encountered for the first time. The reason is that you do not pay enough attention to the problems you encounter and do not take them as an opportunity for your own progress. So how can we pay enough attention to the problems we encounter? First, we must realize that attaching importance to the problems we encounter is very important in our future life and study, in practice, it may take time to exercise your attention to the problems you encounter. Why should we rush to Xintai so late? It's not for anything else, but for the trip. If you live in Xuecheng at night and then rush to Xintai the next day, you may not be able to get back the next day, even if you come back at night. With this schedule, you must practice it. Otherwise, you will miss a day in this case, but this habit will not miss a day.

When I came back, I went to dinner with Mr. Mi, Xue Yu, and zhengguang. During the conversation, I found myself having an issue of understanding. One of them was forgetting what I did. In addition to the completion of the trip installation task, I noticed that the operation of the store was good. I saw the operator's way of doing things, but I ignored myself as a software designer, I did not find out the issues that should be concerned as a software designer, such as users' feelings about the use of the software and users' opinions on the software.

If you want to be a good person, you must always care about what you do. Of course, the other things I mentioned above are not impossible, in addition, these things will be needed in the future, but you must never forget the problems you are most concerned about. Teachers like mi, Wang Ge, and Li Jie talk about other things, but it is obvious that their most concerned questions are always lingering. This is the case.

There seems to be something to do with Xiami's education model. The old staff of Li Jie's store will always leave the company. Wang gave her the idea of giving her three insurances to her employees. With good treatment, the turnover rate will be much lower. This is similar to Mr. Mi's teaching philosophy that binds teachers and students for life.

Why can't a teacher put all his energy into the students? One of the major reasons is that the future of the students is not related to the teachers. He only needs to finish the assigned courses. Similarly, why do employees leave their jobs without considering the development of the company? It is very important that the money earned from this job can be earned immediately from another place, and the company's strength has no influence on itself! Wang Ge's idea is to bind the interests of employees with the strength of the company, and naturally won't leave easily!

I think about this idea. Why do students leave? If I pay the fee, do I leave? Why are teachers not very involved in teaching? This will not satisfy his material and spiritual needs. This model is also an objective fact of respecting human nature. The most important thing is to do things more like a working person who went to install, install, debug, I didn't use myself as a software designer to communicate with customers. I listened to users' opinions on the software, understood how they were using it, and explored users' suggestions! This is because of time, but it is more important to be conscious.
