Essential Functions (Responsibilities ):
* Responsible for building up system architecture for healthcare IT Applications
* Responsible for mapping domain knowledge to IT solution and required documentations.

IT skills requirements:
* Solid knowledge of OOAD, UML
* Solid knowledge of Web Service Standards (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BPEL, WS-I, WS-* stacks)
* Good understanding and experience. NET technology and architecture
* Good understanding and experience of XML programming, XML parsers and XML Namespaces
* Experienced with full software development life cycle and software engineering practices.

Domain skill requirements (this is nice to have requirements ):
* Familiar with hospital workflow, especially the RIS, PACS
* Familiar With Ihe, HL7, DICOM

Plus:
* Solid knowledge of Java Web service specifications (JAX-WS, JAX-RPC, JSR-181, SAAJ, jaxb)
* Good understanding and experience of Java Web services implementation technologies, e.g. axis, cxf, wsit
* Japanese language is also a plus.
