0. Coordination of remote R scripts is required due to work relationships
1. register the username on GitHub and select create repository to create a repository.
2. GitHub shows:
Create a new repository on the command line
Touch readme. mdgit initgit add readme. mdgit commit-M "first commit" Git remote add OriginHttps://github.com/norsd/NDAP.gitGit push-u origin master
Push an existing repository from the command line
Git remote add OriginHttps://github.com/norsd/NDAP.gitGit push-u origin master
Insert an external question here!
The first time a repository is created by the user name, member cannot be added.
Later, the Organization was created, and memeber was added to the Organization.
Then, the repository "transfer" under the user name is transferred to the new organization.
Finally, the repository permission is set for member.
3. Open rstudio. If there is no project, create a new project.
Select Tools-> git/SVN-> set the executable path of git.
4. If you cannot see git in the upper right corner of the newly created Project, restart rstudio.
5. If it is a brand new project, open git, locate the project folder (use the command: CD \ x: \ Project DIR), and execute: git init
Git will initialize this folder, and then immediately set git remote origin "https: // GitHub ......"
In this way, the pull and push in the upper right corner of rstudio can be used (because the GIT hidden folder in that folder contains the server information)
