Create a new file in Photoshop5.5 (or later), 80x80 size, RGB mode contents set to transparent (transparent), layer1 fill with white, add one layer, build 50x50 circle, put in the center of the page, the foreground is set to # 99CCFF, the background is set to #006699, from the upper-left corner of the circle to the lower right corner, for circular radiation gradient effect.
Then add a layer, build 44x44 large circle, placed in the center, from the lower right corner of the circle to the upper left corner of the circular radiation gradient effect, as shown in Fig. 02.
Add a layer, build 42x42 large circle, placed in the center, then set the foreground color is #99ccff, background color is #003366, from the lower right corner of the circle to the upper left corner of the circular radiation gradient effect, as shown in Fig. 03.
Add one more layer, create 10x6 ellipse, fill the foreground color, as shown in Fig. 04.
Select Edit/transfrom/numeric ..., the dialog panel appears, set Rotate as angle:-30, click OK. Select Select/load Selection, the layer hidden (Point layer Panel on this layer of the eye icon can), add a layer, select Select/feather ..., the dialog panel appears, set 1 Pixels, and finally fills the foreground color.
Enter a font size not too large text, such as Figure 06, place the center, select Select/load Selection, add a layer, select Select/feather ..., the dialog panel, set 1 Pixels, fill the black, and then pull this layer below the text layer, This layer of opatict (transparency) is set to 40%, moving this shadow to a satisfactory position, as shown in the figure, and finally, the whole button with a lighter shadow ends.
