The intermediate files compiled by the program project are usually not backed up, and can be filtered out in the GoodSync Tools menu/program Options page settings filters:

Usually this list will be very long, unfortunately there is no import and export functionality. The way is, find the GoodSync configuration file to back up a bit. Found in my Win7 64-bit system:
c:\users\< User name >\appdata\roaming\goodsync\options.tic
It's a bit of a headache, options.tic. All configurations are written in one line, and the red part is the exclude part:
[f[i[l<>]x[l<:11:licens*.rfo|:9:cache.rfo|:7:mru.rfo|:8:mpp*.rfo|:27:roboform Online Account.rfp| : 13:name *._gstmp|:26:/system Volume information|:9:thumbs.db|:9:. ds_store|:3:*.o|:5:*.obj|>]]z=0|t=1|j=0|s=0|l=1|b=1|o=1|c=1|f=0|n=2|e=0|r:53:c:/program Files/ sourcegear/common/diffmerge/sgdm.exe| m=1| S[a:0:|b=0|c=0|d:0:|e:0:|f:22:[email protected]|g=0|h:0:|]q=1| T[a=0|b:0:|c=3128|d:0:|e:0:|f=1|] a=1| l=7| n:0:|b=0| q=1| o=3| G=12|]
Back up the entire file and overwrite it when reinstalling.
