　　First, green Shield terminal software Installation

The 1th step, (skip this step within the company) to connect VPN into the company intranet.

The 2nd step, please download the Green Shield terminal software "green Shield terminal. rar".

Select "Full feature version", Address information input: 192.0.0.17. (Change the computer name to the user's name before the installation is recommended)

The icon of the Green Shield terminal appears in the lower right corner of the computer screen (the mouse over the icon displays "EIS terminal") That means the installation was successful.

After the installation is successful, the terminal will start automatically with the operating system startup, each time the terminal will obtain the latest security policy and system key from the server, all the files within the policy range will be automatically encrypted and be monitored during the course of use, and generate the Operation log.

※ Note: The installation process because of the need to write the registry, and so on, all the prompts to install the procedure to choose to allow.

Green Shield Terminal icon Status Description:

1. Normal working condition

Green: Indicates that the terminal is in normal working condition

2, with + number status (green with red Plus)

Reason: This terminal stops working, possible reasons are:

1) Software Expiration

2 The user is not selected

3) use of pirated software

3, belt-sign status (green shield with red minus sign)

Reason: The cryptographic decryption driver stops working, possibly because:

1 Filtering the File Protection function

2) Other anomalies

4, abnormal

Grey

Reason: This terminal can not be logged in, may cause

1 The terminal computer was disconnected from the Green Shield service and did not import the offline policy

2 Green Shield service end computer not open

3 End user name or password input error, Login failed

3rd step, Green Shield terminal after the successful installation, the computer's computer name and IP address to send mail to: csy@mail.suun.com.cn to complete the final configuration, before normal use.

　　Third, mobile encryption solution

When employees travel or work outside the company network, they can view and use the required encrypted files through the Green Shield's short term off-line or medium to long-term offline solutions.

Short-term offline solution: for evenings or weekends with laptops Home Office, by directly on the server set to allow out of network time implementation, offline after the allowed time (the system is now set to 72 hours) can still read the document.

Medium and long-term off-line solutions (such as business trip): Applicable to the use of travel staff, you can directly to the competent authority to apply, or to the administrative department to apply for the production of offline policy files loaded. Encrypted files can be used during authorization, but after the authorization date is exceeded, the encrypted file cannot be used. If you need to extend the offline time, you need to reapply. "Request Offline" and "Import offline policy Files" are described below.

1. Apply offline:

1 in the Green Shield Terminal icon, click the icon with the mouse to select "Application offline."

2 in the "Request Offline" dialog box at the top left select the time to apply offline, in the upper right of the dialog box, select the Request object (an operator with permission to do so), and then in the lower left of the dialog box, enter the reason for the application to be offline, and then click the "Send Request" button to complete the Send application.

3 after sending the application, the Application object's terminal computer will pop up the "Process offline request" dialog box, click on the lower right of the dialog box "agree to go Offline" button, that is, complete processing offline application.

4 If the application will pop up "Offline application Success" message prompts, indicating that the application offline success.

2, the offline policy import:

On the Green Shield Terminal icon, click the icon with the mouse to select "Import Offline Policy", pop-up "Import Offline Policy File" dialog box. Click the "Select File" button on the right side of the dialog box. Select the Assigned offline policy file (that is, the server-generated offline policy file), and then enter the offline policy import password in the text box after password (the password set in the Protection option when the offline policy file is generated, if not set), Click OK to complete the import of the offline policy,

Note: You can also connect to the Green Shield server through a VPN, you do not need to "request offline" and "Import offline policy files."

　　Iv. Document Outgoing control:

Encrypted files are not allowed to decrypt, if there is an encrypted file needs to be sent out, you can apply for the production of external documents, and the way to read the text of the restrictions, including restrictions on the number of open, limited only in a specified period of time can be opened, limited only on a computer open, and set the password.

Local production: A terminal operator with permission can make outgoing files locally, specify the number of times to read, read the number of days, open a password, and so on.

Application: You can apply to an operator who has the right to make outgoing outgoing documents.
