ImageReady cannot output nested tables (fw can), the best way is to divide a document into slices.

Process: First a document, from the top down, according to the content cut into several points, output as "image only." Then, open the pictures separately, make the necessary slices, and output it as "HTML and image."

In Dreamweaver, several tables are generated from top to bottom:
